01. WHEN TO USE THE CARD
Use the card when:
Decisions take longer than they should
Conversations go in circles
Tension rises but nothing is said
Everyone agrees, yet execution stalls
Accountability feels diluted
02. ADVISORY LENS
Most execution failures are not intellectual. They are structural deviations protected by social comfort.
The three recurring deviations:
assumptions treated as facts
local interests overriding the mission
validation preferred over trust
When the card is on the table, slow the conversation. The objective is not to win the argument. The objective is to surface what is being avoided.

The Tool: The Ladder of Inference
The Goal: Step down to "Raw Reality". Ask yourself:“What facts would remain if I removed all interpretations and intentions? What did I directly see or hear, without adding meaning?” Check whether your conclusions are grounded in observable facts or in interpretation.

Are we seeking truth or validation?
The Tool: Three Levels of Listening
The Goal: Shift your attention to the room’s energy. Surface what is being avoided rather than looking for a "consensus" that feels safe but weak.
