Use the card when:

  • Everyone agrees, yet execution stalls

  • Accountability feels diluted

Most execution failures are not intellectual. They are structural deviations protected by social comfort.

The three recurring deviations:

  • assumptions treated as facts

  • local interests overriding the mission

  • validation preferred over trust

When the card is on the table, slow the conversation. The objective is not to win the argument. The objective is to surface what is being avoided.
