Participants go through sponsor alignment, casting, self-assessments (including 360°), coaching, and goal setting. This phase builds the foundation, ensuring clarity, commitment, and alignment before entering the immersive program.
Retreat 1 – Self-Awareness
A transformative retreat to explore reactivity, personal triggers, and creative leadership. Includes candid feedback, app setup for brain training, and recovery. Individual and group coaching deepen integration and awareness.
Retreat 2 – Impact & Influence
Focus on courage, assertiveness, and authentic conversations. Participants reconnect with values, envision their Future Self, and develop a strategic plan. Speech delivery and in-between coaching reinforce leadership presence.
Retreat 3 – Enterprise Influence
Participants shape their legacy and leadership influence beyond themselves. They finalize strategic plans, practice high-impact speeches, and master courageous conversations. It’s a leap into visionary, next-gen leadership.
Deliverables & Graduation
Participants deliver a strategic plan and inspiring pitch. Final coaching and feedback sessions support closure and transition into the On A Quest alumni. Graduation marks both completion and the beginning of ongoing leadership evolution.
